Carol, you need to throw a party! And all guests invited are required to bring one of these crazy recipes. No one has to eat it. We would have enough entertainment with the visuals...and smells...alone.

I’m telling you...it would be a hit! We could all dress like the 1950s too. And I don’t mean bobby socks and poodle skirts...but more Mr and Mrs. Cleaver....you know, the old folks.

I kid you not - last night Mike and I were watching Unwrapped and how retro foods and retro cookbooks are making a comeback. One dish they were trying was tuna mixed with pickle relish. Im not sure if that one made it into the redesigned retro cookbook. They didn’t say, but I know what my answer would have been from the look of it....
Dear god. Did they steal my families secret recipes or something. My mom used to make tuna fish salad with pickle relish, mayo...and ketchup. I shit you not. She and my brother loved that stuff. It was repulsive looking...with it’s creamy pink hue. Yuck!
